High-tech tomatoes. Mysterious milk. Supersquash. Are we supposed to eat this stuff? Or is it going to eat us? ~Annita Manning

Every morning in New York on my walk to the 86th street subway stop, I would pass by several Starbucks and most days, fail to resist the temptation - happily sipping my decaf iced caramel macchiato while regretting the fact that it cost $5.17. So quickly those all add up...
Then one morning I noticed that a juice store was opening right next to my beloved Starbucks. I laughed at first.. A juice store? Seriously.. how perfect for all of those SoulCycler's after their 6AM class. How healthy and green, ew. It opened and of course I jumped right in line to see what all the fuss was about. Guys, these juices really are amazing. I quickly became addicted to my morning Supa Dupa Greens, however still regretting the high price ($8!!). But - they.were.SO.good. And healthy!!

Although my upper east side Juice Generation days are over, I still find myself craving a Super Dupa Green or a Veg-O-Might. I may not have that industrial juicer I'd love to invest in, but for now my parent's Hamilton juicer works just fine and I'm determined to make my own Juice Generation favorites in my very own kitchen.. without the $8 price tag.

Here's an ingredient list I've come up with to help me recreate my favorites. Try them out and let me know what you think. Play around with the amounts of each ingredient until you figure out what you like best. Don't let the greens scare you!
