Bonobos Guideshop :: San Francisco Edition

Bonobos used to be one of our favorite go-to's for mens clothes when I was working for Travel+Leisure. Their clothing is colorful, versatile and in a lot of cases, wrinkle-free, making them great for travel. The only thing was you'd have to go online to purchase and hope your first size ordered is the size that fits. 

 Since then, Bonobos has opened a few Guideshops across the country, a place where you can make an appointment to make sure you find the size you need and get the extra help you may be looking for. My friends at Bonobos asked if Nick and I wanted to stop by the San Francisco spot to take a peek and experience the Guideshop in person.

So, this past weekend was started off here. 

And seriously, how great was this car for the picture?! Couldn't have done it better myself..

On the second floor of this Union Square building is this adorable little spot. Heather was there to greet us and take us around the shop, explaining how each pant and shirt should fit. With notebook in hand, Heather was there to take down all of Nick's sizes.. Chino after denim after oxford after corduroy, she had it all. All of this sizes were emailed to him  so he won't have to remember each one. Pretty cool, eh?

The decor is rustic American chic. It's vintage mixed with modern, creating a space you really want to just sit with your coffee and hang out for hours.

And more colorful button downs than you can imagine!

 I even found a few for myself! Seriously though, that flannel shirt is the lightest, softest shirt I've ever held.. an original boyfriend shirt, right?

I couldn't get over the lighting from these amazing windows. The perfect downtown spot for sure!

While Nick continued to browse, sweet Heather completed his order. Although the Guideshop doesn't stock merchandise, in just a few days his new clothes will arrive on our doorstep and if anything needs to be returned, we just slap that little shipping label on and off it goes. Or, we could just drop off the returns to the Guideshop this weekend.. This place is all about making your shopping experience as easy as possible, and they really have nailed it!
