Oh, if it be to choose and call thee mine, love, thou art every day my Valentine! ~Thomas Hood

Oh, Valentines Day... You're such a horrible holiday.
Shouldn't we remind the ones we love just how much we love them every day? Why do we need cupid to run around on February 14th with hallmark cards and boxes of chocolates, making singles feel secluded and pressuring couples to plan expensive dinners and buy flowers and girlfriends don't forget to post everything on facebook to show off just how amazing your boyfriend is!!!!!!!!!!!
But then again, it is another excuse to celebrate and plan a party!

So why not have a tea party?

Mix and match and be sure to go all out with the pink theme, after all it is a silly girly holiday, right?

Like what you see?

A horrible holiday, yes. But it really does make for such a pretty get together!

So.. You like pretty art?

"What's that? You'd like to start an art collection??"

You may have heard me talk about Kiah before, but let's go over a few things again..

Homegirl is an AMAZING artist..
Whose work has been printed in national publications.

You can find her work in homes across the county..

And soon somewhere in the background of the Untitled Terrance Malick Project, featuring Ryan Gossling, Christian Bale, Natalie Portman and other famous lovely people.

Now let's learn a little more..

Why am I telling you all of this?
Because now you can easily purchase a piece of Art by Kiah in her newly launched Etsy shop!! You can snag a print (one of the ladies that Ryan & Natalie probably fought over because they wanted them for their own homes)  for only $45 or an original framed ink drawing for $160.. check out the store and see for yourself!

And if you haven't already..

Maybe if we're lucky.. Kiah will agree to a little giveaway soon for Roam & Wander readers! ;)

My thoughts are whirled like a potter's wheel; I know not where I am nor what I do. ~William Shakespeare

There's something about the sleek look of a minimal ceramic design that makes me want to just completely re-envision my dream space. They would sit on a stained cement countertop surrounded by overgrown yet perfectly poised succulents. The kitchen island would be made of repurposed wood and steel pipes and sit under a galvanized chandelier. It would be spotless and flooded with bright sunshine. Fruits and vegetables would glisten and shine just like they do in all of those glossy pages I enviously flip through.
Ah, those glossy pages.

Here are some of my favorites from Etsy. They'd be perfect in that uber chic abode.
